2. Can I extend the time that my site is online?
Sure, it's easy to renew your account and keep it online longer. We offer several renewal packages:
6 Months = $29.99 (USD)
12 Months = $49.99 (USD)
3. Are there any additional fees?
There are no hidden or additional fees when you purchase a website. You do have the option of purchasing a Keepsake CD of your personal wedding website.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via our PayPal payment system. Please note: A PayPal account is not required to pay by credit card.

7. Can I give a website as a gift?
Absolutely, a personal wedding website is the perfect gift for any bridal couple recently engaged or planning a wedding. Click on the "Give as a gift" link, fill out the form, select a package, complete the billing process and we will send an email to the recipient notifying them that you are giving them the gift of an Our Day Personal Wedding Website. The email will also include instructions on how to pick up the gift and how to begin setting up an Our Day Weddings personal wedding website.
8. I've received a personal website as a gift. How do I pick it up and activate my account?
Simply click on the "Pick up gift" link and enter your email address and account number that was provided to you in the email notification. Once our system has retrieved your gift you will be asked to complete an account activation form in order to activate the account. Your account will be activated immediately and you will be able to begin building your personal website.
9. How do I pay for my website during or after the 10-Day Free Trial?
If you decide you'd like to extend your Free Trial you can renew your website online, simply login to the website builder centre using your username and password then click on the "Purchase Website" link. Choose a six month or one year package then fill out the secure billing form to complete the payment process.
10. How long does it take until I can see my website on the internet?
Once you have registered for an account your website will be available for viewing right away.
10. How often can I make changes to my website?
You can make changes to your website as often as you like 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
12. What will my website address be?
You will choose a unique name for your website address such as "janeandjohn" and that name will appear after the url www.ourdayweddings.com. For example: In the "janeandjohn" example, your domain name would be www.ourdayweddings.com/janeandjohn
13. Is it possible to purchase a CD of my website?
Yes it is possible to purchase a keepsake CD of your entire website. You will be able to view your website through a browser at any time without being online and be able to make copies of it for friends and families. Be sure to purchase the CD before your account expires or you we will no longer have your website files. Simply click on the "Keepsake CD" link within the Website Builder Centre and fill out the secure online billing form to complete the transaction. Some of the functionality of your site may be lost when you archive it to a Keepsake CD. Go to the Keepsake CD section for more information.
14. What type of images can I upload to my website?
Accepted image files are .gifs and .jpgs. All images must be in RGB format and no higher than 72dpi. It is best to keep the either the height and width of the photo to a maximum of 400 pixels however large photos will automatically be resized to fit your website.
15. How do I resize my photos?
You can use any image editor to resize and optimize your photo's, Photoshop is an example of an image editor program..
In the sections of your website that allow you to upload photos, you will be asked to click on the "Upload Photo" button and will be prompted to browse for your photo on your computer. Once you have selected the file you wish to upload, click the "Upload Photo" button.
17. If I experience challenges while trying to build my website what should I do?

18. If I want all of the pages offered to be a part of my website eventually, but not all at once, can I select when I want a page to be visible or hidden from guests
You are able to activate and deactivate pages all from within the Website Builder Centre. You can activate and deactivate pages at any time and as often as you like. You will not lose any information from a page if you deactivate it. Click on the "Activate/Deactivate Pages" link in the left side menu and uncheck the pages you wish to deactivate.
19. Will there be advertisements on my website?
No, there will never be any advertisements on your website.
20. I am having difficulties logging in to the Website Builder Centre. Why is this happening?
In order for our login system to function correctly your browser must accept "cookies". The cookies are stored on your computer's hard drive and are used by Our Day Weddings to hold information such as your username and password and they let us know that you have logged in.
If your browser is set to high security setting and doesn't accept the cookie, our login system will keep asking you login again and again.
21. Can I use html code to format the text on my web pages?
Yes, you can use some basic html code to format text on your pages such as bolding, italicizing, aligning text and adding page breaks. We have included some sample code within the Website Builder Centre for your reference.
